Delivery on smaller items to the UK (generally under 500 grams) is usually via Royal Mail so, should for any reason you are not available to take delivery, a note will be left through your door. You will then be able to re-arrange delivery or pick your parcel up from your local post office/sorting office. Royal Mail will keep your parcel at your local post office/sorting office for 7 days before they return it to us. Larger items are sent via our network of couriers usually on a next day signed for delivery service.

With purchases in the UK weighing over 500 grams, we post using Interlink Express's next Day Signed For Delivery Service. Please be aware that our couriers are required to take a signature when delivering your order. If there is no-one there to sign for your package a calling card will be left with contact details of your local Interlink Express Depot. You can then call the number on the card and arrange a different time/address for delivery. Please note that if the courier is unable to deliver your order it will be held at your local depot for 1 week before being returned to us. If you would like our courier to leave your parcel in a safe place then please leave a note on your door with instructions.

We use the Royal Mail's International Signed For™ service for all international orders. International Signed For™ is a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery.

International Signed For™ mail travels through a separate and secure network. Each item is individually listed and accounted for before being handed over to the airline. Proof of posting is provided as standard and deliveries are made by domestic postal operators who provide a universal service in those destinations.

The Royal Mail say to allow up to 30 days for your parcel to arrive, but in our experience in most cases your parcel will arrive within 10-14 days no matter where you are in the world. If you have placed an international order and your parcel still has not arrived after 14 days please get in contact with us and we will do our best to track your parcel.
